I do freelance web development services. I write fully validated XHTML and CSS codes to ensure maximum interoperability of the websites created, as well as optimised and clean code structure for faster loading, apart from a lot of bandwidth saving (which basically means more visitors, lower costs).

I need a three column directory WordPress template. It will be used as a membership site for business and domain submit and submission. I will be producing several membership sites using the same directory template, should you be able to develop it for me.
You will be getting free advertising and marketing worldwide in many niche keyword search categories. I am starting a coworking online system to help unemployed people worldwide go to work for themselves on the web.
Your $20 hr. rate is fair. Need to know approximate total cost to complete a directory project out of your template.
