IB CAS/SFS Form as Word Document
To make things just a little bit easier for all of us who are taking International Baccalaureate, I have converted the CAS/AEF form and CAS/SFS form from PDF into a word document, so that you can straight away type and print them out instead of having to write using black pen.
They are in two formats, .docx and .doc. The first format is for those who have Microsoft Office 2007 installed, and the latter is for those who only have Microsoft Office 2003 or older versions.
Download them here:
CAS/AEF Form
- CAS/AEF Form.docx (for Microsoft Office 2007)
- CAS/AEF Form.doc (for Microsoft Office 2003 or older)
CAS/SFS Form
- CAS/SFS Form.docx (for Microsoft Office 2007)
- CAS/SFS Form.doc (for Microsoft Office 2003 or older)

I downloaded one called PDFCreator, but it doesn’t work on Vista…

I think PDFCreator works on Vista, but I’ve never tried it before. I’m using Adobe Acrobat Professional to convert documents into PDF. It’s not a freeware or open-source software like PDFCreator though, so you might have trouble obtaining it.
