Those classic (good ol') games
Those of us lucky enough to have a computer back in the 90′s when the Windows version we were using was either DOS or Windows 95, for sure we remember those old games like Prehistorik 2 and Mario Teaches Typing and Wolfenstein 3D that have been stealing lots of our times getting stuck in front of those bulky horizontal machine with a small 14 inch monitor in front of us. And yeah, I still remember the keyboard having a plastic cover.
More than 10 years later, I somehow remembered those games and did a quick search on Google to see if they’re still around. And they are!
I managed to download several of them and here they are, for you to download:
The games can run well without any additional software, but you’ll get weird sounds as the sounds are generated not from your PC speaker, but from your PC buzzer!
So to get the games to run like they did back in the 90′s using your XP or Vista computer, you need to use a DOS emulator software. A good one is DOSBox. Go download DOSBox, and read its how to use guide.
And somehow after more than 10 years you get tired again with all those games, just google for some more of those old DOS games.
And lastly, of course, have fun!

OMG OMG OMG!!!!
I remember them too! Back then when having a computer would bring the neighborhood kids straining their neck outside of your bedroom window. We used to swerve left and right taking sharp corners in GP Circuit and taking turns playing before the then-”garang” mama came back from pasar.
I do remember Papa getting addicted with Wolf 3d too! There’s this one time he had a dizzy spell after playing too long during fasting month – courtesy of low blood sugar and the glaring, blocky super-contrast RGB of the Nazi castle with hidden chambers full of treasure behind the Fuhrer’s posters.
And damn if we didn’t dance the prehistoric 2 victory dance in between badminton games!
Like I said…
OMG OMG OMG!!!!

It’s ok. The hope of Stampede’s productivity now lies with Shaiful, who I hope won’t be easily mesmerized with the adorable pixel graphics of these games.
